In the monograph, the issue of theoretical-methodological and practical approaches to the development of key features of the formation of the investment activity in housing construction is studied. The role, place and tasks of investment activity in housing construction are disclosed as a relevant factor influencing the formation of a stable model of growth of the national economy.
